Note: The transfer of service must be completed within seven (7) days or a $50.00 disconnect fee will be applied to the FINAL bill for the existing location and payment of an additional billing deposit may be required before service can be connected at the new location .

If the type of service is classified herein as exempt residential for sales tax purposes, applicant shall immediately notify FKEC when the property is no longer used for exempt residential purposes. Applicant(s) shall defend, indemnify, and hold FKEC harmless from any assessment, penalty, interest, or taxes claimed by the State of Florida relating to sales taxes that should have been paid by the applicant(s).
